We are pleased to announce that MSA Member David M. Krhovsky, M.D. of Grand Rapids was elected President-Elect of the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) during the 150th annual meeting of the MSMS House of Delegates on May 2-3 in Grand Rapids.
Dr. Krhovsky, a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine, will serve a one-year term as president-Elect until he assumes the presidency of MSMS in April 2016.
Dr. Krhovsky currently serves as Chair of the MSA PAC and on the MSA Board of Directors. He is also serving on the Kent County Medical Society (KCMS) Membership Committee. He is a past president of MSA, KCMS and the KCMS Foundation. Dr. Krhovsky is on staff at Butterworth Hospital, Blodgett Hospital, Zeeland Community Hospital, Grand Valley Surgical Center and the Center for Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Krhovsky is the third anesthesiologist in four years to be elected President-Elect to the Michigan State Medical Society.
